After successfully completing a 24hr football match last year to raise funds for the Fire-fighters charity, our Senior Airport Fire Officer Paul Coomber has this year turned his attentions to another first.
This year he will be completing his first ever Severn Bridge half marathon in aid of the Great Western Air ambulance Charity. This is a charity that needs to generate approximately 1.5million pounds a year to keep its vital service in the air. Its estimated that for every 5 critical call missions received a life is saved.
