Bristol Aero Club
Bristol Aero Club was formed in June 1994 at Filton (initially for employees of the aviation industry on site) and moved at the end of 2012 to the Cotswold Airport when Filton closed. Our aim is to provide flying training and recreational hire of aircraft on a non-profiting making basis. The Club has 2 Piper Cherokee aircraft and 2 Sports Cruisers, all equipped with dual controls and maintained under CAA regulations for training. The Club provides excellent professional training from qualified instructors who can also renew licences, conversions or provide more advanced training such as formation flying, IMC and the Night Rating as required. Students can complete their CAA exams and flight tests with the Club. The Club can also offer Trial Lesson Gift Vouchers for those wanting to experience the thrill of flying over the scenic Cotswolds or those interested in learning to fly..
